    It’s going to be out of stock for a little while now…I’m working on updating the text with the revisions I’ve made and I don’t want to order another print run until that’s done. So, it might be a month or so.

    If you desperately need a print copy, and aren’t concerned with it including the revised rules, you can purchase it directly from the CreateSpace store.
